- Acted for Shell in drafting trade mark licences for the discount petrol alliance with Coles Supermarkets, a world-leading and industry-changing retail alliance between retail supermarket and petrol industries and the first ever third party licence of the Shell pectin, one of the world’s most highly valued trade marks.
- Lead legal adviser in establishment of Neurosciences Victoria Limited, the major vehicle for the commercialisation of Victorian neuroscience research and recipient of $60m for research funding.
- Lead legal negotiator in US$10m acquisition of a veterinary vaccine plant and companion animal vaccine business from Bayer Corporation in Omaha, USA.
